Yes — orders above ₹249 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India. Orders below ₹249 attract a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch globally.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track it from My Account → Orders on our website.

Our products contain zero refined sugar. We use natural jaggery as our sweetener, which retains iron, calcium, and other minerals unlike refined white sugar. They are not calorie-free but are a significantly healthier alternative.

Jaggery has a lower glycaemic index than white sugar, but it still raises blood sugar. We recommend consulting your doctor before consuming if you are diabetic. Our Trial Pack is a great way to try a small quantity first.

Yes — all our current products are gluten-free. They are manufactured in a dedicated facility that does not process wheat or other gluten-containing grains.

All Mockito products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, consume within 60 days for best flavour.

Absolutely not. We use zero artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. The natural ingredients themselves provide the flavour and the shelf stability.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for unsealed/unopened products. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
